Vtg Boy Doll Leather Body 13 French

  

Estate find from doll collector. Not familiar with old dolls. Comparing to others, may be French. I think the material the body is made of is leather, has type of joint at knees. Back of head has 40/72, also looks like 30/B-3.

Some of clothes are torn, please see pictures. Material body is made of appears in good condition. Do not see any chips.
