Porcelain hands & probably just leather feet but I didnt take the socks off because I didnt want to lose any of the sawdust. Now she had on a very ugly outfit & wig which is truly not original as we know these dolls either were made with mohair or human hair wigs. Plus the material used to make the outfit looks like its straight out of the 70s. And the shoes are newer doll shoes as well.
I soaked the clothing in a small amount of Dawn & sanitizer. I didnt touch the wig but its pretty shot, uncombed and messy. So for someone who might have a wig & clothing for this beautiful doll or at least pertaining to her era, then she would love to be part of your keepsakes.
Ive had a lot of reproduction dolls and alot of dolls in general over my 30 years of collecting, but have never had one this stunning and unique. She is marked on the back of her head/shoulders.Marking reads, Hch 011 or OH. I cant really tell if its 1 1 or an H. Hard to photograph because I cant hold the leather back & take a photo of the markings. So as far as I can figure shes probably a Heinrich Handwerck doll. So if Im wrong, please let me know so I can modify this listing.
