17 Kestner 168 Bisque Head Doll, Wonderful Dress

  
Wonderful Kestner 168 with great dress. She has blue original sleep eyes which work as they should. She has a wonderful facial expression and early square cut teeth. Unfortunately she has a cracked forehead which can be seen in pics. Her auburn wig with bang covers the forehead flaw. The flaw did not prevent me from purchasing her in the first place because she is such a beautiful doll. I did press some milliput into the inside of the forehead to stabilize the crack and prevent it from worsening. Her compo body is in very good condition and snugly strung.

Not missing any fingers or toes. Comes with nice Kaiser stand. She wears an antique dotted Swiss half slip and matching pantaloons.

Her coral velvet dress is simply beautiful. It features antique crochet lace and buttons.

It is in great condition and snaps up the back. Her black oil cloth shoes are nice. She also has antique floral crochet socks! The price of this doll is worth the clothes alone but sge is so charming in it!
