Vintage Seymour Mann Porcelain Doll-Brandi with Umbrella Limited Edition

She has red hair, brown eyes, and comes with an umbrella. Measuring 10 1/2 inches tall, Brandi is a limited edition girl doll with a Caucasian ethnicity. She is a single unit that includes an umbrella, making her suitable for all occasions. This doll is #401 of 1200 from the signature series collection. It comes in its original packaging. The shoes have laces, but you can't see them in the pictures.

The laces are tucked in and 1 shoelace on one shoe came disconnected, but could probably be reattached. Also says that it's a connoisseur collection doll.

Not sure of the year of production, but I think it's 1990's.
