"Meagan" has the Sweet Personality and Frilly Softness that Immediately Marks the Work of Cindy Mcclure! Her delicate features are hand-painted and highlighted with an extra touch of rosy blush on cheeks, hands and feet. She has soft blonde curls cascading around her face and large blue eyes.
