Calhoon, a celebrated member of NIADA, completed this rare doll sculpt, which was limited to ONLY 5 PIECES, after multiple kiln firings and artistic processes. Calhoon captured a joyous disposition on this breathtaking beauty. Kaia's hand-painted facial features and ornate details are magically lifelike. Look at her rosy cheeks, freckles, and shy smile! This doll is composed of fine bisque and possesses a porcelain head and breast plate, as well as limbs. She also features a stuffed torso. Kaia dons a genuine mohair wig that is styled into a mess of charming blonde curls.

This doll features stationary, hand-blown glass blue eyes. Her eyes are full of emotion and resonate with realism. Bring home this sweet baby girl today!

Kaia wears a set of pale pink and white checkered pajamas with a coordinating hair bow. Accented with bands of floral embroidery and white ecru lace, these lovely pajamas are inspired by turn of the century fashions. This beautiful toddler also wears a genuine 14 karat gold chain with heart pendant around her neck.

The heart pendant is stamped (please see Photo 5). Kaia's accessories include socks and white leather shoes with coordinating bows. This doll is signed by Ms. Calhoon on her torso (please see photographs). Excellent, preowned condition with no significant wear or damage.

No chips, cracks, or repairs to the bisque porcelain. A fine testament to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that Ms. Calhoon has become known for in the doll industry!
