Vintage Bisque Porcelain Headed Wooden Jointed Doll 9.5 Hand Painted Head

  

This is a bisque porcelain head on a jointed wooden body doll (best was I can think to describe her). She is 9.5 inches tall.

She has a pretty moulded head, holding her head slightly to an angle. Her hair is up with moulded blue ribbon and two moulded pink flowers and ringlets round the side. Rosy cheeks, blue eyes and a thin elegant nose. The body is wooden jointed so her legs can be bent, she can'sit down', and her elbows can bend.

Her arms cannot move independently at her shoulders as they are fixed on one piece of wood running from shoulder to shoulder. I have no idea as to how old she is. This was part of my Grans collection, who unfortunately passed away some years ago- I have had them since about 2003, and have decided to sell them as they are just stored in a box - please do look at my other listings.
