Vintage 12.5 Inch Wax Over Porcelain Robin by Doll Artist Ardis of Star Croft

  

This doll is from 1997 and is numbered 18/25, all on the back of her neck. She is a shoulder plate with a soft body and with half porcelain (with wax over) arms and legs. Her hand dyed wig is supposedly mohair but resembles Tibetan lamb in texture, being soft and airy.

Her wax over porcelain head is movable, she is signed and numbered and she has her original hang tag.
