Unfortunately it is in non working condition. The wind up mechanism appears frozen (key barely moves).

It does play music if you adjust the push rod (pulling the rod out usually gets the music to play). No motion with the doll. The clothing shows some staining and discoloration. Will need some work and TLC. Very unique and rare item.
