Antique porcelain DOLL vtg old china hands feet ruth gibbs godey's little lady

  

I got this along with many other dolls recently from a fine Cambridge, Mass. This doll is about 10 tall with a porcelain head, hands, and feet. Her clothing appears to be silk. She has wear from age.

She has a mark on the back of her head (see photos). Maybe this is a Ruth Gibbs doll? Any help with identification would be appreciated.
