A beautiful antique German bisque doll preserved with original early character and charm. This approximately 12" antique doll by Armand Marseille features a finely crafted bisque head marked "3200 / M 9/0 DEP, dating to the early 1900s. She has delicately hand-painted brows and lashes, softly blushed cheeks, brown glass sleep eyes, and an open mouth showing teeth, giving her a classic child-like expression collectors love. She is an authentic antique German bisque head doll featuring a leather and stuffed body with jointed knees and arms attached to the leather body construction typical of the early 1900s.

The doll retains her original brown glass sleep eyes. The eyes remain present and operational, though there is visible age-related paint wear and deterioration to the eyelids consistent with antique condition and age. The bisque head retains beautiful original facial painting with delicately painted brows, lashes, softly blushed cheeks, and an open mouth showing teeth.

She retains what appears to be her original antique clothing including. Cream dress with blue ribbon accents. Antique undergarments with lace trim.

The clothing shows authentic age-related discoloration, staining, and delicate wear consistent with long-term display. To help preserve the integrity of the fragile antique garments, the original dress has been left on and not removed for further inspection. The doll remains in estate-found condition with clothing left undisturbed due to the delicate nature and originality of the materials. The blonde wig is present but shows thinning, wear, and visible netting.

Sleep eyes operational with age-related wear to eyelids. Wig thinning with visible wear/netting. Clothing shows age, staining, and fragility.

Minor age wear to body and joints consistent with antique construction. No major visible cracks noted to bisque head upon inspection. This doll came from a loving doll collector's estate where she had been displayed for many years and is now ready to be appreciated in a new collection.
