14 Vintage Doll from 1800's Germany withchina head, hands and forearms

This doll is from the late 1800's from either Germany or Luxemburg. (My grandmother got it from her grandmother) The body and legs appear to be made of leather. The doll has not been altered to my knowledge. However, the dress is not original but it was hand made in the 1930's by my grandmother. It is from a smoke free home.
