Introducing Laura, a rare gem in the world of collectible dolls. This limited-edition bisque doll, numbered 139 of 2500 worldwide firings, is a masterpiece created by renowned doll artist Phyllis Seidl. Laura's allure begins with her stunning blonde hair, captivating blue eyes and serene expression.

She comes in her original presentation box, untouched except for the photos and videotape taken to preserve her beauty. Laura's vintage-inspired costume is a sight to behold. She wears a satin and lace pale peach dress with delicate lace insets and lace edgings, all elegantly complemented by a full attached slip. Her lace-edged collar is meticulously embroidered from side to side.

Beneath her dress, you'll find lace-edged pantaloons, stockings, and buttoned shoes adorned with charming bows. But the pièce de résistance is Laura's wire frame bonnet, adorned with a large bow and ribbon embellishments both in front and back. With her teddy bear by her side, Laura is ready for any party, and she'll undoubtedly steal the spotlight. Phyllis Seidl, the gifted artist behind Laura, hails from Australia and boasts over 30 years of doll-making expertise. She holds the prestigious title of Master Member of the Professional Art Dolls Maker Guild.

Notably, she's the only dollmaker in the world authorized to create a child doll of Elvis Presley, recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises and produced by the Danbury Mint Doll Company. This remarkable achievement is part of her "Children of Destiny" series, with the first doll being a beloved young Elvis Presley. Don't miss the chance to own a piece of doll artistry history. Laura by Phyllis Seidl is a true collector's dream. The stand shown in the photos is for show only but Laura comes with her own stand in her presentation box.

This doll was owned by an antique doll collector/investor and not displayed or taken from the box except for the photographs and video in this listing. This doll was stored in a climate-controlled environment without exposure to pets or the elements. All factory applied wrappings are intact, but some may have been temporarily removed for the photos and videotaping and then replaced.

As is normal for items which have been stored for prolonged periods of time, some shelf wear may exist on the box or paper wrappings, especially at the edges. Any errors or omissions are unintentional and are based on my personal research.

See the Photos and the Video (if available); they are an essential part of the description. Our shop can tell how long it will take to get to the nearest international hub but not how long it will take to move out of the hub and be on its way to you. Purchasing Vintage & Antique Items from Us. Please note that much of our inventory comes from auctions, estate sales, and the odd flea market. We are not experts in all things antique or vintage, and, sad to say, we don't know the history of most of the items we sell. Remember too Antique Items are more than 100 years old and Vintage Items are anywhere between 22 years old to 99 years old. Sometimes age creates issues which we can't control. Best Advice: Read carefully, look over every photo, ask questions and request more photos or more details about an item's condition to satisfy yourself that you are purchasing a product you can be proud of and thoroughly enjoy. We take pride in providing you with up to 24 full color photos, a 30-45 sec video on a turn table and a detailed description of the item you will receive.

Thanks for choosing to shop with us! We hope you love our stuff as much as we do. Share the love on social media and follow us as we build.
