Fine example of early American doll making circa 1940. Hand stiched clothing made by women's church group from Bethlehem Pennsylvania.

Glazed porcelain head, hand and feet on a cloth body and limbs. This doll is in very good overall condition with some slight discoloration of fabric Bd one tiny stain on her apron. The Name Moravian is a group off settlements of early American Immigrants in and around Bethlahem Pennsylvania and is a unesco world heritage site. No one woman took the credit as they were working together.
