This is a vintage large 32 inch German China Head with Porcelain body parts doll. Her pink dress is very detailed and beautiful, it looks handmade and is heavy in weight. She is also wearing an under dress and has a satchel bag/purse around her wrist. She does have a couple of small chips on her and her dress has a snag, as seen in photos. This doll is 32 tall.
