1993 Heidi Phelps Repro Doll Artist Doll Porcelain Doll Seeley Composition Body. She has a very sweet face. Stationary glass blue eyes with painted lashes and brows.

Wearing an exquisite dress that has lace and embroidered trim, matching bonnet with flowers, crotchet socks with shoes that have crotchet flowers as embellishments. She is also wearing matching pantaloons and one piece slip. Very good condition with no hairlines or chips. Costume beautiful but has some age discoloration.
