Armand Marseille Lilly Doll bisque doll- Shoulder head doll with insert brown eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, painted eye brows, rosy cheeks, open mouth with 5 teeth showing, faint dimple in chin; mohair spiral curl wig, light skin, leather body with rivet-jointed bisque hands and cloth feet, joint at knees and mid thighs. 17 tall; Marked at back of shoulder plate: Lilly 8/0?

Not sure but if it is 8/0 that could signify made in 1800's?? See info of HEAD ONLY doll below. The company manufactured bisque doll heads until 1930's also supplying other manufactures.
