BEAUTIFUL! 22 SIMON & HALBIG 550 Antique German Doll, Clothes, Wig, BJ-BODY

  

This beautiful antique doll was. Made by Simon & Halbig. The bisque head is marked: 550, Germany, Simon & Halbig, G, S & H. No chips, cracks, hairlines or wig pulls.

Blue sleep-eyes with painted lashes. New (NOS) Kemper Wig with tag.

The ball-jointed body is composition and is stamped Hindrich Handwerck. Very good "played with" condition with no repaint. Some damage to right shoulder area (see photo).

Vintage nicely handmade cotton batiste dress with lace trim. "Bonnet" consists of headband with lace trim. Vintage pantaloons with lace trim and button closure at knees.
