The Artist is Dianna Effner and comes from a smoke free home. Ashton Drake 1994 hand crafted "Peaches and Cream" Barely Yours COA #4193FA retired 1995 permanently.

The COA is signed by Dianna Effner and Donnald James Executive Director of The Ashton-Drake Galleries. December 31,1995, molds for the doll will be broken and no more porcelain will ever be cast.
