Antique Dressel Kister Porcelain Girl Half Doll Figurine & Stetson Pin Cushion

  
Fresh from an old colonial building Estate Sale. Private collector of hundreds of Antique German and Japanese Porcelain Half Dolls. GENUINE Antique Porcelain Flapper Girl Pin Cushion from around the'Rolling 20s Period, attached to a very rare Stetson pin cushion. The half doll is most likely manufactured by the German Dressel and Kister porcelain factory, however the pin cushion is made by'Stetson' the famous American hat company est. Perhaps a WWI soldier bought the figurine in Germany and had the Stetson company make the pincushion for it! I cannot inspect the figurine for marks since it is covered by cloth. The bottom of the pin cushion has the old Stetson crest with beaver and eagle. The dress is made of lace with pretty faded blue bows & pearls. No other similar pieces found. Total Height: 7", Width 6". Condition: the flapper girl is perfect, no repairs, breaks, hairlines. The pincushion has some dotted spots due to age and usage, mainly visible on the bottom.

The lace aged to a slight beige color over time. They are part of the description and condition. The girl will be carefully wrapped and packed.
