Arielle is a spectacular Porcelain doll and is created by the very talented artist, Madame Rustie, world renowned for her breathtaking costume designs. Arielle is a Limited-Edition collectible Porcelain doll. She is 27 inches tall with the Number 1974/5000 inscribed on the back of her neck. She has porcelain legs and arms with a beautiful porcelain moveable head. Arielle has gorgeous blue eyes and lashes. Her headdress is a stunning array of cascading pearls and flowers, and her dress is mermaid style, fitted at the hip, and flares out at the bottom in blue and lavender with layers of organza with satin edges and lots of pearls and ruffled lace. She was inspired by the soft, watery tones of her ensemble, and the flowers in her hair reminded me of one of Monets famous water paintings with its beautiful flowers and delicate coloring. Her softly flowing gown seems to make her appear to be floating or perhaps rising out of some beautiful lake as the lavender and pale blue lights of down re beginning to appear in the sky.
