Antique German porcelain shoulder head doll also called a china head doll. The fabulous feature of this doll is her amazing wooden limbed cloth body. The boots are oversized with great pointy tips. The shoulder head has no visible maker's marks.

It has molded and painted hairdo. She is wearing an antique cotton gown with crude needlework and a crudely made of fabric undies as shown. The body is made of cloth with sawdust filling, wooden lower arms with hands and fingers, lower wooden legs with painted and molded oversized black painted boots. Doll was made in the 1800's. She is fabulous despite her porcelain damage.

The doll body is in overall good condition, the doll head is in fair to poor condition. Body is sturdy and limbs are in overall good condition, shoulderplate is severely damaged and covered with cloth repairs to the body, hair has significant paint loss, nose tip is a bit rough, gown has overall uneven fading, age spots and wear, doll is clean, odor free, smoke free business, no doll stand or other accessories unless shown.
