Vintage bisque porcelain piano baby withdoll trinket box Germany Rare

Here we have today is a lovely vintage bisque porcelain piano baby with doll trinket box from Germany which is numbers. This nice rare piece is 5 1/2" tall and it is 3" square at the bottom. The bottom is marked with four numbers which I can not maker out.

Piece is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, there are a few scuff marks and piece is in need of a better cleaning. Not sure of the true age or maker on this piece, but these piano babies in trinket boxes are pretty rare.
