Antique Reproduction Porcelain Bisque Doll by Mary Lambeth dressed in the outfit of her own design. Please have a look at my other antique doll items! This beautiful doll is totally designed, produced and dressed by a renowned artist Mary Lambeth, who is also well known for creating most gorgeous and just amazing costumes for dolls (for example, such recognized doll maker artist as Emily Hart dresses her dolls into Marys costumes). Mary Lambeth uses natural silk and antique fabrics and laces; most of the outfits are decorated with delicate ribbon-work flowers. This doll stands 20 tall, not including the bonnet.

She is St C mold, dated 1976 and signed by Mary Lambeth on the back of her neck. She has beautiful blue paperweight eyes, bisque head with most delicate painting, and appropriate straight-wristed fully articulated composition body.

The doll is dressed into 6-piece outfit: silk dress and bonnet with most exquisite ribbon-work, and has undergarments- cotton stockings, underskirt and pantaloons decorated with antique lace. The shoes are handmade of silk. She has gorgeous strawberry blonde mohair wig made by Wendy Feidt. This doll has been part of my private collection, very well taken care of.
