Old Limbs (arms/hands and lower legs and lace-up boots) and Body. She has a double chin.
Her chin has been modified during manufacture to present with either cleft chin or slightly flattened chin which has original glaze. I've tried to show additional photographs with this feature. Interesting feature as well, is that this should head china doll was created in at least a 3 part mold prior to being fired. This deep shoulder plate has semi-defined breasts and shoulders. Dress is shredding on the right shoulder/arm, needing gentle care. The fabric is definitely old but difficult to tell about the stitching. The thin distinct long nose reminds me of the Alt, Beck & Gotscheck factory but no way to verify. Size: This doll is approximately 16 inches and 41 cm in height. I think she will easily fit in a regular box which will be well padded, but the box will also be listed fragile. Condition: Condition is subjective but item is used, probably displayed for a long time.Surface scratches may be on doll due to use. I don't see any but I check with natural light. Chipped right fingers and repaired left lower leg. Paint rubs and flecks from kilm. Pitting in glaze and a tiny bump of china in the inner tip of the left eye.
Shoulders and head without chips, cracks and hairlines. Nice painting of facial features. Nice old appropriate body and clothing. I may not have caught everything so please rely on pictures as part of description.
