Antique 1890s Germany China Head and Shoulders Bisque Cloth Girl Doll 9 Tall

So, there's the history as I know it. She has a china head and shoulders with shoulder plate marked Germany, I believe it's from the 1890s era or around that era, bisque arms and legs with a hay or straw stuffed body, half arms and legs.. Overall in really great shape. Possible repainted shoes, but light wear to the bisque. The outfit and undergarments are on nicely so I didn't take it off so I didn't get a good look at the whole body, but what I see is in very nice shape, no tears or holes and really no browning so I'm not sure if it's original body or not but does look older.
