Vintage Cathy Hansen Bisque Porcelain Baby Doll

This listing is for a jointed all bisque baby doll that was created by doll artist Cathy Hansen in 1983. He is incised "Cathy Hansen 1983" on his back. He is 2 1/4 long and is dressed in his original handmade outfit. He comes from my private collection and has always been in a display case. The outfit he is wearing has a hole in the front (not sure why, because he has never been played with).

But a new shirt could easily be made. This precious baby doll could be dressed in pink and then would be a she. For the pictures I did not remove all the clothing because the shirt cannot be taken off without snipping. The hat is glued on the head in the back (could also be removed by new owner).

I did remove his shorts for pictures. Please look at the pictures closely, they are a large part of the description. When it is time for him to go to his new home, he will be packaged ever so carefully, so he will arrive in perfect condition.
