Vintage 1989 All Porcelain Baby Girl Doll Artist Phyllis Parkins Signed 9 1/2. Vintage 1989 All Porcelain Jointed Baby Girl Doll Artist Phyllis Parkins Signed The Collectables by Phyllis Parkins. She is right around 9 1/2 Sweet light pink dress with lace matching bonnet, under slip and bloomers, panty hose and shoes. The arms, legs and head are all movable.

Her Name is Signed the back of her head This is from my own personal collection and was displayed in a cabinet. FYI: For over 20 years, Phyllis has been making high quality, small limited edition dolls that are a great value. She started out doing reproductions and in 1979 began signings on her original dolls.
