Four handmade porcelain dolls (on stands) of the characters from the Little Women novel by Louisa May Alcott: Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy. Was told these are by Mary Kennedy, Texarkana, TX, 1968 Jo unsigned? Dolls won several awards (ribbons included) two 1st place, one 2nd place, and two 3rd place. Set includes Fawn Zellers Porcelain Dollmaking Techniques book signed by Fawn Zellerdoll artist and founder of the National Institute of American Doll Artists, three newspaper articles about Fawn Zeller, and a souvenir post card featuring a photograph of the heads of the Jacqueline Kennedy and Angela dolls created by Fawn Zeller Each doll approximate height 16.5 inches.
