This is a Vogue Perfumery Company powder with half doll. The doll is marked Germany 5881 on the back. I took the best picture I could of the markings. The dress of the doll has frayed, it is old.

Very nice Art Deco doll with period perfume. It is about 4.5" wide and close to 4.25" tall.
